The 2026 District Conference: Firebuilders is a time set aside to invest in the hearts, minds, and spiritual growth of our leaders. This conference is designed to equip, encourage, and align those who are committed to building the next generation through the Royal Rangers ministry.

Throughout the conference, participants will engage in intentional discipleship, meaningful spiritual moments, and powerful times of worship that call us back to our first love and renew our passion for the work God has entrusted to us.

Attendees will also take part in focused breakout sessions led by experienced leaders, covering practical ministry topics, leadership development, and real life application to strengthen outposts and personal calling. These sessions are designed to be relevant, challenging, and immediately applicable.

In addition, the conference will provide space for fellowship, connection, and unity among leaders across the district because ministry is not meant to be done alone. Together, we will also hear and engage with important SEDRR viewpoints, offering clarity, vision, and direction for the future of the ministry.
